DMCA & Copyright Compliance Policy

Compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512)

1. Statutory Commitment & Overview

LiveSportsTV (https://livesportstv.store/) respects the intellectual property rights of content producers, international broadcast organizations, and copyright holders. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512), our policy is to respond expeditiously to legitimate notices of alleged copyright infringement.

2. Search Index Nature & Non-Hosting Verification

To avoid confusion regarding technical responsibilities:

• We do NOT host media: LiveSportsTV does not operate media streaming servers, transcoders, satellite downlinks, or file storage infrastructure.

• We index public playlists: Our platform indexes public domain and free-to-air playlists curated by the open-source community (iptv-org).

• Streams connect to original servers: When a user plays a channel, the video request connects directly to the broadcaster's own content delivery network (CDN).

However, we maintain zero tolerance for copyright infringements. We promptly de-index, purge, and blacklist any channel entry reported by its verified rights holder.

3. Requirements for Filing a Valid DMCA Notice

Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), an actionable notification of claimed infringement must be a written communication sent to our Designated Agent containing the following elements:

  1. Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of Work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works are covered, a representative catalog of such works.
  3. Identification of Infringing Listing: Identification of the material on LiveSportsTV that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific channel name, country code, and exact URL on our website.
  4. Contact Details: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, including legal name, organization, physical mailing address, telephone number, and official corporate email address.
  5. Good Faith Statement: A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. Perjury Declaration: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

4. Designated Copyright Agent

Please direct all official DMCA notifications to our designated copyright compliance desk:

5. Counter-Notification Procedure

Counter-notices must include your contact details, identification of the removed channel, consent to federal court jurisdiction, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the channel was removed through mistake or misidentification.
